Premium Booths 

Floor 3: $475
6 Feet Skirted Table with 2 Chairs Premium Booths are located on the 3rd floor where the ballroom and some classes will be held.  Prime areas include lots of foot traffic, high visibility and your business featured in our printed marketing material at the conference.

Floor 2: $220
6 Feet Skirted Table with 2 Chairs  Premium Booths are located on the 2nd floor where the other vendor booth and some classes will be held. Floor 2 is the floor where all attendees enter and exit the building. Premium Booths are located in prime areas with lots of foot traffic, high visibility and your business will be featured in our printed marketing material at the conference.

Standard Booths 

Floor 3: $225
6 Feet Skirted Table with 2 Chairs. 3rd floor is where the ballroom and some classes will be held. Vendor booths will be among other vendors in a vendor exhibition mezzanine area.

Floor 2: $ 120
6 Feet Skirted Table with 2 Chairs. Standard booth are located on the 2nd floor where the other vendor booth and some classes will be held. Floor 2 is the floor where all attendees enter and exit the building.

1/4 page: $125
Half page: $275
Full Page: $500

Vendor booths will be assigned on map below.

  • Please bring your own tablecloths, if desired.
  • WIFI Internet access available for everyone as a limited level. 
  • Limited Electrical outlets will be available. 
  • Vendors will receive 2 complimentary passes for the conference. 
  • Set up begins at 7:00 am on Saturday morning. Please check in at the registration booth. Please be set up and ready to greet attendees who arrive early by 8:30 am. Please stay until 7:00 pm when the conference ends.
