Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with Hope Haven Events. We are excited for our 2018 Winter Homeschool Conference! Let me begin by telling you about our events and the people who attend. Our first event was in 2014. We were thrilled by our numbers not fully knowing what to expect. Over 600 attendees of all backgrounds graced our event. They came near and far, some traveling several days to attend. This consisted of Homeschoolers, Parents, Teachers, and not forgetting the youth!

This is what we are looking for in a Vendor for the Winter Homeschool Conference:

  • Family friendly businesses who strive to empower and strengthen the lives of others
  • Homeschool friendly businesses
  • Web Based Businesses who can serve regardless of buyers’ location
  • Businesses in the Salt Lake Valley (and surrounding areas)

Please read some of the testimonials from past vendors below and you will see why we have repeat vendors at every event! I would encourage you to book your space quickly. Our vendor spaces usually sell fast and our waiting list gets long. Your vendor packages to choose from here are VERY GENEROUS. As we have looked at our numbers in comparison to what we offer, we are very pleased with the awesome value you are receiving.

Exhibit Options:

Standard Booth: $375
These booths are in our vendor area and will have good foot traffic.

  • 6 ft x 2 ft table with linen and 2 chairs
  • 4 vendor guest tickets to give away ($220 value)
    • 2 to be used as social media promotional giveaways
    • 2 for helpers or gifts for friends/family

Premium Booths: $450
Only 15 spaces are available in this highly sought-after area. The benefit to these spaces is extra high exposure to attendees from lots of foot traffic and high visibility being the first vendors they see.

*Vendor booths are assigned in a first come, first served manner. You may inform us of your top 3 booth number preferences when registering (map to come). We will do our best to accommodate you, going in order of registration.

Electricity Add-on Option:
If you need electricity for your booth, you may add it upon checkout for an additional fee. ($25 if purchased before December 27th, $90 if after)

Internet Option:
Internet access can be obtained directly from the venue AT the event for approximately $5

Advertisement Add-on Upgrades:
1/4 page: $150.00
Half page: $275.00
Full page: $400.00

*Ads will be printed in our event programs given to all attendees. All ads need to be emailed in PDF format to kathy@hopehavenevents.com by Friday, January 5th. No refunds will be given if we do not receive the ad in time. If the emailed image size is not the correct ratio to the ad size purchased there is a $50 fee for us to adjust it to fit the booklets.

Additional Information:
Setup starts at 6:30am and should be completed by 8:00am (when attendees start arriving). Please do not begin the take down process until 6:30pm. Take down must be completed by 8:00pm.
